Catherine Malandrino Black Velvet Over-the-Knee Boots | Block Heel | Size 6.5

Chic and sleek Catherine Malandrino black velvet over-the-knee boots with a soft stretch fit and flattering block heel. These are elegant and versatile—great with dresses, skirts, or fitted jeans. Important note: These boots originally had a drawstring at the top to scrunch/tighten the shaft. The drawstring is no longer present, and the boots are priced accordingly.
